Well-maintained 2007 Jayco Baja 10Y pop-up camper built for both campground comfort and off-road use. Has higher ground clearance, larger tires, and front cargo deck - great for hauling gear or toys.
Sleeps 5–6 comfortably with two main slide out beds plus convertible dinette.
Specs: • Dry weight: 2,375 lbs • GVWR: 4,550 lbs • Cargo capacity: 2,175 lbs • Travel length: 19’5” • Campsite length: 20’10” • Travel height: 66”
Condition & Maintenance: • Exterior canvas is in excellent condition. Interior canvas is in good condition but has a few mildew spots that could be cleaned. • Lift system works perfectly • Brand new tires (still have stickers on them) • Stored covered outdoors and opened regularly during winter for ventilation
Features: • Working Furnace • Working Fridge • Working indoor/outdoor propane stove with quick-connect • Interior/exterior electrical fully functional (lights, tow lights, radio, propane leak detector, battery tester) • Has water pump, hot water heater, shower, toilet, sink, and exterior shower. All water features have not been used, so are untested. • 23-gallon fresh water tank + 23-gallon grey tank • Front cargo deck with removable railing (can double as ramps for quads/dirt bikes) • Electric Tongue Jack • Newer 12V battery with brand new battery box and shutoff switch • Dinette cushions professionally dry cleaned (like new) • New replacement mattresses included (not yet installed)
Important Note (Read): There was prior water damage in the front section. The damaged luan paneling and insulation were removed and the affected pieces have been saved to be used as templates. The camper is usable as-is, but the front section will need to be rebuilt/finished since some plumbing and electrical are currently exposed. Priced accordingly for someone handy or looking for a project. (See last two pictures)
