It is a massive, slide-out-free destination trailer built to feel like a tiny home. Measuring in at 35' 8" inches long by 13' 6" in height, it sleeps up to 8 people, features a unique double-loft design, and includes a covered rear patio.

Features a main-floor master bedroom, an upstairs loft with an electric fireplace, twin sized loft above the rear patio, and a hide-a-bed sofa in the main living space. The kitchen has a 18 cubic-foot full-size residential refrigerator, a 3-burner cooktop, dishwasher, and a combo washer/dryer. The bathroom features a split residential walk-in shower with a seat and an on-demand tankless water heater.

The sealed underbelly features a 40-gallon fresh water tank, 40-gallon gray water tank, and 40-gallon black water tank all of which feature thermostatically controlled 12-volt heating pads to help prevent freezing during cold weather. Lastly it has a 30,000 BTU furnace installed along with 2x 13.5K BTU low profile air conditioners.

Dry weight comes in at 8,550 lbs, Cargo carrying capacity of 2,335 lbs, Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 11,275 lbs, and a hitch weight of 1,075 lbs.
