This motorhome has belonged to my parents, but they have gotten older and are no longer using it, so we are helping them sell it.
The motorhome has mostly been parked for the past several years, but it has been started regularly and driven around the block periodically to keep everything exercised. It starts right up, runs great, and has good power. Very comfortable to drive and has an excellent floorplan for camping or family trips.
Features include: • Chevy 454 big block gas engine • Clean title • Permanent rear bedroom • Dinette folds into a bed • Couch folds into a bed • Pull-down bed above driver/passenger seats • Sleeps 6+ comfortably • Built-in generator • Trailer hitch • Roof A/C works great • Refrigerator works on propane or shore power • Water pump works • Stove works • Microwave works • Rubber membrane roof replaced approximately 6 years ago • Tires still have lots of tread remaining • New engine starting battery
Known issues: • Furnace currently not working • Dash/cab A/C not working • Generator carburetor is leaking and likely needs a gasket set/rebuild • Needs a new deep cycle RV battery for the interior lights/coach system
Overall this is a solid older motorhome with a strong-running Chevy 454 drivetrain and a great layout. It would make a great affordable camper, hunting rig, or road trip RV for someone willing to do a few minor projects.
