Bella is a lovely black, white, and tan mixed-breed dog needing a new home. About seven years old and forty pounds, she is house trained, spayed, and does not chew on things (except dog toys). She enjoys cuddling and relaxing indoors, playing outside, going on long walks, and is ready to be your loyal friend.

Bella has been living with us since September (we got her from another family, not a shelter). She gets along well with our other family dogs, but when our daughter came home from university for the summer (and brought her very anxious and territorial dog), the two dogs got into a fight and Bella bit the other dog. We're pretty sure the other dog started the fight, and she has not had problems with other dogs in our home or in the neighborhood, but we need to find Bella a new home so our daughter will continue to visit us.

Bella (also responds to Nico) does well with children and would do well in a home with a more relaxed dog or no other dog. Not sure how she would do with cats or other pets.
