Published by the renowned Taber Prang Art Co. of Springfield, MA, this historic piece depicts a striking, atmospheric scene of Lakota Sioux warriors signaling a distant camp. A major highlight of this piece is its exceptionally rare, 100% original Arts & Crafts era mission oak frame. The frame features gorgeous, authentic period details including applied relief-carved crossed arrows at the top border and relief-carved tipis on the left and right borders. The bottom border is adorned with the original raised lettering displaying the title, "The Flaming Arrow." Excellent antique condition for its age. The print retains beautiful, deep coloration and atmospheric lighting.
