You get a 128gb (over $50 new) and 512gb (over $100 new) micro Sd cards, Hori plus joycons for on the go gaming, all original parts, 2 screen protectors, 3 controllers, 2 docks one original and one third party (for on the go gaming, 2 first party charging stands, which charge joycons and pro controllers, stickers to give your switch some customization, and 2 cases (one for on the go, and one larger for carrying everything with you). Also you get a clear plastic shell for a set of the joy cons. It comes with 3 great games, Skyrim for on the go RPG action, Crash Bandicot Insane Trilogy, and finally Lego Harry Potter years 1-7.
