This guitar is my best playing guitar by far. Must be played and inspected to appreciate.
I was determined to get a “Made In Japan” Jem, but was blown away by this Premium one made in Indonesia. It plays as good as a Japan one, feels, looks, everything. Must see in person and you will likely agree. An amazing guitar! Just look at the back of the neck and the fretboard detail. Hardware is high-end.
I looked it over good with a black light, don't see any signs of cracks, repairs or repaint.
Fully floating tremolo, stays in tune really great. Is intonated perfect. Doesn't get much better than this. Really high-end tremolo.
If you like Ibanez RG550 and Jackson type guitars, you will love this one! I love the RG550, but to me this is way better, the neck feel is better, craftsmanship, everything. Guitar Center Taylorsville has a black Ibanez Jem Pia for $3999 and I feel mine is just as good in neck feel, playability and craftsmanship.
Never gigged. Light home use cared for. No kids or pets.
All electronics work perfect. Pickups sound incredible! Dimarzio Evolutions.
