I try to make a stay as comfortable as possible. I have lived in others homes as a travel nurse and do my best to accommodate. I am a pretty clean person and would like someone who shares that mindset. A deposit of $550 will be held plus $250 cleaning can be reimbursed upon move out based on room condition.
Would like to meet ahead of time to make sure it’s a good fit for us both.
