I have an old box elder tree that has a lot of burl. The tree is dying and I am going to take it down. My thought is cut above all the burl and dig the stump/ trunk out with my backhoe. I have no experience with these trees but know wood workers are interested in them. If you know what a tree of this size is worth please let me know or send me an offer.
