Overbuilt for heavy snow load and preditor pressure. Moving and need gone. 8x12 coop and run. One year old. Comes with outside rollout box, and food and water feeders that take care of my 18 hens for 15 days. I'm 2500+ into this plus hours of labor. This is a steal.
