A ton of new parts on boat. Almost new motor maybe 400 hours on it. I put about 3k into the top/toys/ropes/ect. I winterized it and put the outdrive down. The water run off sank the tires in the mud, as a result the outdrive cracked from being on the ground. .It will need outdrive repairs then should be ready to hit the lake.
