17-year-old gelding looking for a new home. He’s been used for riding/trail type work, he’s been around cows, dogs, goats, been there done that gelding and is gentle to handle. He’s had dogs running at him barking and don’t flinch. He was started on mounted shooting. He does have an intermittent limp/lameness at the trot, so he is being sold as-is and may be best suited for lighter riding, companion horse. Will consider offers.
I rode him this spring quite a bit. Lots of miles looking for horns and he’s always done good for me. Didn’t have any issues with him. I’ve went back and forth on this horse (ALOT) because he is just a good horse to have to lead around with a kid on him or a pasture buddy.
I’m sticking to my guns this time (I say that because I have posted him before with regret and took him off cause I’d love to just keep him) but at this point he really needs someone to take him and give him the love and attention he needs! I’d like him to go to a loving home! He does come with papers and he’s in the mid 14’s on height.
Good to catch, load, shoe, and be around. Best if you come look at him! No tire kickers please.
