It’s super comfy, allows you to adjust lower back firmness, upper back firmness, seat depth, height, and lean back.
I bought it brand new for $900+ tax a few years ago. That may seem crazy for an office chair (I was skeptical too), but this has been life changing for my back pain and neck. It’s allowed me to work from home with great comfort and back support.
The only reason I’m selling it is I just upgraded to another Steelcase chair.
