– Restoration Project

I purchased this trailer in 2022 with plans to fully restore it, but I’ve since moved on to other projects and need the space.

A lot of work has already been completed, including:

• Roof sealed\
• Double primed-ready to paint your custom color \
• Water-damaged areas repaired and replaced\
• All exterior lighting redone\
• New water heater installed\
• New 7-pin trailer plug installed\
• New water inlet hose installed\
• Custom oak counter top w/new sinks and faucet for kitchen \
• Aromatic cedar detailed woodwork \
• New engineered hardwood flooring in main living area

The trailer also comes with several new parts that are ready to be installed, including:

• New light fixtures\
• New switches

Additional work in progress includes:

• Framing for a new bed\
• Custom-sewn couch cushions\
• New curtains

The tires were new when I purchased the trailer, but it has been sitting for the past few years, so buyers may want to inspect them before towing long distances.

This is a great vintage trailer with a lot of the hard work already done and plenty of potential for someone looking to finish the restoration and make it their own. I did the hard part, you’re welcome
