VenmoUp for sale is my 2017 Giant Anthem 2, size Large.
TL;DR Rides great, cosmetically imperfect. Asking 850 cash or venmo or trade for fast xc hardtail (medium, 29er, 100 ish mm travel, dropper post, air fork) let me know what you have.
Mechanically, this bike is a beast, it climbs great and handles beautifully on the trails. The bike has very low total miles on it which you can tell cause the original Giant grips are not even sticky and gross.
Tech Specs: Frame Size: Large Wheel Size: 27.5” with agile Boost spacing (110mm front / 148mm rear) Fork: 120mm Fox 34 Rhythm with GRIP damper Rear Suspension: 110mm Fox Float Performance shock utilizing Giant’s highly praised Maestro system Drivetrain: Reliable Shimano SLX 1x11 groupset with a 30T chainring and 11-42T cassette Brakes: Shimano hydraulic disc Tires/Setup: Tubeless with fresh (ish?) sealant poured last fall.
Condition Notes (Full Disclosure): Mechanical: Excellent. Shifting is crisp, brakes bite strong, and the suspension holds air perfectly.
Dropper Post: It features the stock Giant Contact SL Switch dropper post. Like many of these stock units, it can be a bit sticky to return and isn't the smoothest thing out there, but it is functional.
Cosmetics: The paint is in mediocre condition. There are various scratches, scuffs, and paint chips across the frame. See pics for examples. I'm happy to send more if you need. I believe it is all purely cosmetic wear from careless handling during travel and bike rack transit over the years. (I'm the second owner and most of it came on the bike)
