VenmoThis desk came to the USA from France and was purchased at an antique store in Alabama over a decade ago. It was handmade and signed by the craftsman. He signed the inside of the doors and drawers and dated them “19.” It could be 1819 or 1919. The desk is beautiful and intricately detailed. It features a removable top hutch with locking drawers and cabinets. The main desktop features an inlaid felt work area, 2 drawers, and turned, spindle legs. All hardware is original and made of brass. There is a small chip out of the hutch piece (see photo) that you can’t see unless you are looking for it. This is an incredible showpiece or working desk. 60 tall at carved top. 31 tall to desk top. Leg room 25 inches to floor from under drawers. 29.5 deep. 49 wide. green felt is 16.5x33 Pick up in Pleasant Grove. Cash or Venmo. $450. listed for a client
