ApplePayThese cabinets are only 6 years old. They were installed with the house, so obviously they’re not premium grade, but they’re still in good shape.
The island has some water damage, as seen in attached picture. Because the veneer is so dark, and it was under the barstools, that wasn’t noticeable at all.
A cabinet or two has some staining/water marks due to normal use.
There’s also a garbage and recycling pullout drawer.
Appliances and countertops are NOT included
$200 off if buyer removes cabinets.
