Venmo3-year-old neutered male cat looking for a good home!
This is really hard for us, but we’re moving somewhere that unfortunately doesn’t allow pets, and we also don’t have the time or energy to give him the attention and play he deserves anymore. We really want to find him a safe, loving home before we have to consider taking him to the shelter.
His name we call him is Mr. Bean, but his vet records have him listed as Java or Simba. He’s almost 3 years old and neutered.
He’s definitely more of an independent cat and likes affection on his own terms. He used to be super cuddly when he was younger, but as he’s gotten older he’s become less affectionate and gets overstimulated easily. Usually he only tolerates a couple pets before getting annoyed or trying to nip, so we want to be upfront about that. He would probably do best in a calmer home with someone experienced with cats and respectful of his space/boundaries.
He’s been fine around our baby, but he’s shy/skittish around new people and pets and usually hides when visitors come over. Once he’s comfortable, he mostly just likes to lounge around and sleep. He LOVES food (he’s a chunky guy ) and is always excited when it’s feeding time. He also likes going outside occasionally on his own terms.
We’ll also send him with all of his stuff including: • Toys • Cat tree • Cat scratcher • Cat bed • Food,treats & extra litter • We’ll even buy a new litter box of your choice (up to $50)
Our biggest priority is making sure he goes to a loving and understanding home. There will be a small rehoming fee ($75) to help ensure he goes to a good home, and it will include all of his supplies.
