The Weider Pro 4850 uses a selectorized weight stack, high/low pulleys, a leg developer, and a chest press/butterfly station. It allows for over 30 full-body exercises targeting all major muscle groups

Quality Weider Pro 4850 Weight Sports Training Station. Nice compact and complete set-up. Quality and heavy duty, not a generic brand. It weighs about 275 pounds total with the weights and stands 80 inches tall and about 8 feet wide at its farthest points, so it fits nicely in any room or basement. Two sets of stacked weights from 10 to 110 pounds each.

It is assembled and being used so you would want to come take pictures before you disassemble it and load it in your truck or van, so you can remember how it all goes back together. I have a manual on line to help with doing assembly and with doing exercises on it.

Chest

• Bench Press / Chest Press: Targets your pectorals, shoulders, and triceps.
• Pectoral Fly / Butterfly: Isolates and defines the center of the chest.
• Cable Crossover: Standing forward pull to target the inner chest.
• Decline / Incline Press: Performed by adjusting the attached seat and press arms.

Back & Shoulders

• Lat Pull-Downs: Performed using the high pulley to target the latissimus dorsi (back).
• Seated & Standing Cable Rows: Uses the low pulley to work the upper/middle back.
• Upright Rows: Pulling the low pulley upwards toward your chin to work the deltoids and traps.
• Lateral Raises: Raises at your sides using the low pulley to build shoulder width.
• Front Shoulder Raises: Pulling the cable forward in front of the body to target the anterior deltoid.
• Shrugs: Uses the cable or bar attachment to target the trapezius muscles.

Legs

• Leg Extensions: Uses the front leg lever to isolate the quadriceps.
• Standing or Lying Leg Curls: Attaching a strap to the ankle to target the hamstrings.
• Hip Abductions & Adductions: Moving the leg outward or inward against the cable to target the outer and inner thighs.
• Cable Front Lunges & Squats: Using the low pulley to add resistance to traditional leg movements.
• Calf Raises: Standing and pressing the ankles upward.

Arms

• Preacher Curls: Using the designated pad and curl bar with the low pulley to isolate the biceps.
• Standing Biceps Curls: Pulling the low pulley upward standing up.
• Triceps Push-Downs: Pulling the high pulley or rope attachment down to target the triceps.
• Triceps Kickbacks: Bending over and extending the cable back.

Core & Abs

• Seated Cable Ab Crunches: Pulling the high pulley rope attachment down toward your lap.
• Standing Woodchoppers / Oblique Twists: Twisting the torso against the cable to work the obliques. Cable Side Bends: Holding a low-pulley handle and bending the torso sideways
