Hey everyone! We're 3 girls (all 23) looking for a 4th roommate (women only) to join us in our 4 bed, 2 bath house in the Foothill/Sugarhouse area. This is a 12 month lease starting July 1st. Rent is $812.50 a month (includes garbage, water, and landscaping). No pets allowed.

We're looking for someone around our age who's clean, respectful, easygoing, communicative, and brings a good, chill vibe to the home.
