The JK-T19006GH-D is a high-speed electronic tacker designed to sew bar tacks and other patterns on a variety of materials from light to medium fabrics.
The factory set clamp on this machine has a full 60mm x 50mm open box field ideal for sewing 2″ wide webbing or other applications. The intermittent presser foot will help you sew on narrower webbing sizes (as long as you keep in mind the placement of the stitch lines vs the clamp perimeter). Also comes with dual pedals for safe and efficient sewing.
If you are sewing dog collars, back packs, military gear, or any kind of webbing, this machine offers you a ton of features with very stable mechanics and electronics.
The JACK series tackers come with an on-board programming panel, full color LCD touchscreen that have all widely used stitch shapes and controls integrated in an intuitive system. This is an easy interface for selecting patterns, fine tuning pattern lengths and widths, adjusting the speed on the-fly, keeping up with sewn piece counts, and many other useful tools for extremely efficient production environments.
The machine is of very high quality with German engineered stepping motors and drive system electronics. These offer high speed and stitch precision on par with other, more expensive machines.
