• Estimated hanging weight: 780–900 lbs (whole) / 390–450 lbs (half)
• Estimated take-home meat: 470–540 lbs (whole) / 235–270 lbs (half)

Pricing:

• Whole beef: $5.25/lb hanging weight
• Price is based on actual hanging weight after processing
• Buyer pays processing fees directly to Springville Meats

You'll fill your freezer with steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground beef at a fraction of retail cost, and you'll know exactly where your beef came from.

What to Expect:

• Approximately 750-900 lbs hanging weight
• Final packed weight is estimated 450-630 lbs
• Custom cut to your preferences by Springville Meats, they will contact you for your specific cutting instructions once it's aged and ready to process. It will include a mix of steaks, roasts and ground beef.

A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your whole or half. Balance due based on actual hanging weight.
