Everything works except the furnace, an ice house propane heater has been installed. The original refrigerator runs on electric and propane, newer water heater runs on electric and propane. The bed and bathroom have been redone and bed is a queen futon that also can be used as a sofa. There is a single cot with mattress in the back. Tv with DVD player, stove and oven work. There are 2, 30 gallon propane tanks, 2 12 volt batteries. The reason I am selling for this price is that the rear seam on the left side has come apart. Will need to be fixed. There is some water damage on the ceiling, and a new jack was installed last year but can not get it to work ( maybe a fuse) so have to use as a manual. I am selling this trailer As Is. It has been a great trailer but it is 40 years old.
