Work Done:

• BIOS, iDRAC, LC, and RAID have all been reset and cleared
• All available firmware updates have been applied
• The RAM has been replaced with tested modules from our inventory
• The CPUs have been replaced with higher performance models
• The CPUs and Heatsinks have been thoroughly cleaned, and new Arctic thermal paste has been applied
• The NDC has been replaced with a more standard model (previously had SFP28 ports, which do not support gigabit connections)
• The PERC Has been replaced with a better model
• Some of the damage to the right ear has been fixed
