- not much to say here since it’s empty and ready for you to make it your own :)
- your roommate has their own bed and bath. You’re only sharing the kitchen and the living room.
Car/accessibility
- Your own parking space right next to the apartment!
- FIRST FLOOR access!
- Free street parking on the east side, and free parking in the old library next door.
- Close to the 33 and 209 bus lines
- 9 min drive to Westminster, 16 min drive to UU, and 14 min drive to SLCC redwood
- Right off the I-80
- Close to many wonderful local restaurants- I can recommend a few!
- I truly love living on 33rd South as a city girl. So many things happening, so many restaurants I keep adding to the list, but still off the (majorly) beaten path. I really hope you’ll love it too.
- Safety: I’ve never had an issue. The parking lot and street are lit, and there are two locks to get in (one the main building, one the door to the apartment itself).
Roommate specs:
- Roommate is male in his 20s. He is quiet, respectful, and generally gone during the workday so when I’ve had to work from home it’s been nice.
- Gender and age doesn’t matter. As long as you’re quiet (not raging or playing loud music at night) then you’re perfect!
- He has a very friendly cat. I am allergic so I shut my room and bathroom doors when I’m not around. Truly the friendliest cat I’ve ever met- the 2nd day I moved in, she curled up on my lap.
Landlord specs:
- Management company. Kade is the name of the person we interact with most.
- They've been very responsive about fixing things. Also, very proactive! They have been replacing old appliances ever since they bought the property.
Appliances/rooms:
- On site washer and dryer (it’s in the roommate’s bathroom but very easy to get to, just let him know when you’re going to use it.)
- Fridge and freezer- pretty decently roomy, we divide in half down the middle.
- Microwave, dishwasher, oven, and electric stove.
- Pretty small kitchen tbh, but we make it work. Have about 1 ft of counter space, will occasionally use stove as additional counter space
