VenmoThis Kinetic trainer is a great trainer with the rock and roll feature which I really like. The R1 trainer works with multiple apps. I used it with Strava. It was easy to connect via bluetooth on my smart device and supports a variety of cassette and thru-axle types. I initially had some technical issues with it and Kinetic was super responsive and fixed the issue with updated parts. I have changed to a dedicated bike trainer and am ready to part with this trainer. It includes a cassette, Trainer Mat (never used it) and the front wheel Riser Ring.
