This has been a fantastic trailer. My fifth child is on the way, and we need to part with it. It has been well-maintained and reliable for use. I hate to sell it, but we need the money for the birth of our new baby.

I pull it with a stock F150 and it does fantastic.

We put new tires on it last year, I upgraded the leveling screen to newest version in the fall, had all of the skirt resealed, brakes serviced, plumbing checked and serviced, roof serviced, and a 200 point inspection passed at the local Domenic dealer.

We absolutely love the layout of this camper as it has an exterior door to the toilet so you don’t have to track through the rest of the living area. The outdoor kitchen is a must and is amazing. It allows you to cook and prepare dinner outside, especially if you’re doing something like grilling meat that cause it to smell inside for the rest of the day.

30 amp air conditioner runs great on a little generator. Hose in the back. Fire Wood rack on the bumper. Propane tanks on the front along with double batteries.

For the price, I am happy to throw in the generator, hose, extension cords, drain dump kit, kitchen items, tv, outdoor rugs, and outdoor fridge not included in the original purchase.

No problems or issues with anything at the moment. I have one loose wheel on the shower door, but I ordered a new one and it will be here in a couple of days. This is a great entry trailer at a low entry price. I know it like the back of my hand and will be happy to teach anyone everything there is to know.
