High clearance - 21” at the rear bumper. I am selling for a friend. I plugged it in and the lights and water pump came on. I have not tested other stuff because I lack camper expertise. No obvious rips or mold. No mattresses. Includes blocks for levelling. Includes propane tanks. 21 feet long when open. You are welcome to come open it and test the features to verify that they are working or not.
