Has some issues, has brand new carb and jets valves and shims comes with wheels in photos along with it has rear padel tires to go with it to.

Issue is it starts to choke after heavy throttle and may die but will restart hit me up with any questions although I don’t know a ton I’ve not had the bike for very long
