Awning, large Bathroom for a smallish trailer. Light towing weight at only 2,567lbs dry, so great for smaller Trucks and SUVs. Figure 3,200lbs wet and loaded. Hitch weight only 240lbs. Also has Electric Brakes. We tow with a Honda Ridgeline with no problems. Fresh tank is 27gal, Gray tank is 33gal, and Black tank is 33gal. Will sleep 4 or 3 depending on size of persons.
