2003 Toyota Camary, XLE, Vehicle runs and idles alright but will not go above 20 mph. Many parts have been replace to include, Fuel Pump, Exhaust Manifold/CAT, PCV, Throttle Position Sensor, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Plugs and one Ignition coil. Even tried a used ECM from pick and pull. MAS has been cleaned as well as the Throttle Body.

Vehicle will require rear struts. Interior seats and floor boards show stains and cosmetic wear. Clear Salavage Title, because of rear panel damage.

Unsure what's wrong, but vehicle will be sold as is.
