I'm a 30F year old working professional looking for a clean and tidy female (mature student or working professional) to share my 1,700 sq. ft. townhome in South Weber. My townhome is fully furnished and is in a well-kept neighborhood with mature trees and a spacious backyard. I maintain a clean and smoke free home. I also work from home in my dedicated office space (3rd bedroom) and have a pet bunny living on premises. Rent includes a private bedroom, private bath, along with garage parking and all utilities are included. Bedroom is rented unfinished and can accommodate a queen-sized bed, dresser, and nightstands. Must have proof of income, references, and a background check is required. No pets, drugs, or weapons allowed. Sorry, no couples or overnight guest. Rent is payable the first of the month. One month security deposit ($600 refundable minus cleanup and damages). One-year lease with the availability to renew (or month to month after initial lease) First month and security deposit due at signing.
