I’m looking for two roommates to share my place with me here in Salt Lake City — available July 1st!

The house is on the quieter side of downtown, very walkable/bikeable, close to public transit, the U, and near Sprouts, Smith’s and Whole Foods all within reach.

The place has a great front porch, front yard, in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, swamp cooler, full bathroom, and newly updated windows. One room includes off-street parking.

Room A – $1,125/mo

Room B – $1,225/mo (includes off-street parking)

Utilities are separate. To move in you’ll need first month’s rent plus a $1,000 security deposit.

I keep a clean, chill home and am looking for respectful, easy-going people to share the space with. I do have a well-trained, friendly 3 year old German Shepherd who is part of the household- he’s a sweetheart. No additional pets please.
