Selling a Phoenix pop-up camper that has been stored for several years and is no longer being used. Overall, it’s in good shape for its age and has been well cared for. The camper is clean, solid, and ready for someone who wants an affordable camping setup or a project with minimal work needed.

The main issue is that some of the interior/exterior trim is starting to come loose from age and storage, but otherwise the camper is in good condition. Canvas, structure, and major components are in good shape to the best of my knowledge.
