PayPalInsignia (Best Buy's store brand) Portable Single Hose AC. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/insignia-300-sq-ft-portable-air-conditioner-white/J2FPJKPFY7 7k BTU is rated for around 300 sq feet. Used sparingly to cool bedroom only at night for the summers for 2 years. Was able to keep the bedroom at 67° with the rest of the apartment being around 85° Replaced for with a dual hose unit that's a better fit for the bedroom, no issues with it though. Confirmed working, see temp gun reading from running it for about 45 seconds. Includes remote, window hose, window panels, and extra window insulation (not pictured) I'll give you a discount if you tell me you'll turn it into a dual hose unit.
