The best of Dorper (Excellent meat flavor, accelerated meat growth with top meat to fat ratio and Harty to aired climates). Katahdin Dorper X are excellent for backyard private farms to larger sheep farming in diverse climates. Perfect for a homesteading, small family, or small community farm as they are resilient and gentle with children and other animals.
