Cab and coach AC blows cold Brand New tires (October 2025) Queen bed in master suite with memory foam topper Queen bed over cab with memory foam topper Dinette folds down into bed Sofa folds out. (Not very comfy honestly)

Non-smoking owners.

128,000 total miles. Was a rental unit prior to our ownership. We have put less than 800 miles per year on it over the 10 years we have owned it. Note: no awning. It broke and we didn't replace it. This is a great older motorhome at an affordable price. Tough decision to sell it. We have loved it. We just have other priorities right now.
