I removed this from my 2021 motorhome thinking I had cross threaded the anode. After returning home from that outing I realized it was difficult to thread because of a calcium buildup. After cleaning the threads, the anode screwed in just fine. Sadly I had already received the replacement unit so I figured id just install the new one and let this one find a new home. Will come with new anode
