VenmoLovely, vintage, made in the good ole USA by an American employee who was paid a living wage, Trek mountain bike from the days of peak MTB.
Suspension length factory rigid fork makes such a sweet all-terrain, all purpose, everyday rider. Use it for runs to the library, grocery store, work, wherever!
Mostly built with Shimano Deore LX 8 speed because it’s oh so nice. XT rear derailleur and cantilever brakes give you serious cyclist cred. Be a cantilever believer!
Built with US made True Temper double butted 4130 cromoly tubing, these US made Treks were (and still are) great value.
Mavic M237 rims are double walled, eyeleted, and straight and true. Specialized Hemisphere tires are good all terrain tires - fast on road, pretty good on gravel and groomed trails. Great in Moab!
New grips, fresh cables, new pedals and a comfortable, unripped saddle round it out. Swept back Bontrager Satellite bars at so super comfy, you’ll wonder why you ever rode a flat or riser bar.
Selling because too many bikes & too little time. Plus, I have another just like it in ice inkwell blue…
