- All cushions and upholstery are in good condition
Disclosure: The right-side recliner has a broken support underneath the footrest/knee area. The recliner still operates, but the support mechanism needs repair. It appears to be something that could likely be reinforced or repaired with metal braces or replacement hardware by someone handy.
Aside from that issue, the sectional is in good shape and has plenty of life left.
