2004 PAC American Utility Trailer. The cabin trailer is 5' Wide x 8'6" Long (additional 3' with Hitch) x 5'4" Tall. Clean Title.

In overall Fair condition. The cabin opens from the rear with two doors that swing out, and the door hinges still lock. The interior is clean and sturdy, along with the exterior, except for the top front, which does have a crack that has been patched up. There is a fair amount of rust and damage to the hitch and trailer stand, due to non-use and sitting for an extended period of time. The electricity for the rear and side lights will need to be fixed; the trailer hitch and stand have extensive damage due to rust. The tires still have tread but are showing signs of aging.

Recently pulled without any issue.
