1980 14’x60’ 2bed 1 bath mobile home in pretty good condition. It did have some leaks but they rolled a new roof on. I went and did a walk through, it was raining and all the water damage spots were dry, and overall it was in good shape. It’s livable but the ceiling where the leaks were could use some love. Im including delivery in The price. 18000 is what im asking but I’m open to offers. It’s a great opportunity to flip or buy and diy yourself a nice home.
