Ruby is three years old. She has been DNA tested through embark, and has received her OFA clearances. She’s been recently groomed, had her teeth cleaned and is up-to-date on all her vaccinations. She loves people, is house trained, potty trained, and has the perfect Cavalier temperament.

She is ee, atat, kyky, BB, SSp She weighs 16 to 17 pounds 8/10 intensity

I bought her from a family who was having a baby and decided that they couldn’t keep her anymore. She was in a Guardian home until recently, where to no fault of her own, the family needs to move and can no longer have a dog in their new rental location. She’s never been mistreated, or abused, she’s an absolute angel.

After vet clearances, I bred her for the first time, and she miscarried one Pup two weeks early. We took her to an emergency vet just to see what was going on, and they gave her oxytocin without permission. Giving oxytocin that early requires delivering the puppies right away. Although we’ve been advised that dams can sometimes abort one puppy early, and carry the rest, we were then in a situation where the vet needed to perform an emergency C-section. Sadly none of the pups were old enough to survive on this own. It was such a tragedy!

Ruby’s had all of her testing done, and should be a great breeding, prospect, and has an angelic temperament, however, I don’t have a place to keep her so I’ve decided to sell her. I purchased her for $3500, but also paid for OFAs, vaccinations, dental cleaning, DNA testing, etc. I am at least $5500 into this cutie as far as my investment.

Her recovery is complete and Ruby is ready for her forever home. Her next heat will likely be in September or October.
