Double Shower head. In good condition just could use a little clean up. I've lost the flow limiter so if you don't have one it's gonna be a high flow shower head. With out the flow limiter in it really gives an amazingly good shower. We moved recently and took this with us but we only have two showers in our new home so this is now extra.
