New Holland Round Baler – Ready to Work

This is not a parts baler—this is the baler you want as your primary machine. We just finished baling first crop with it, and the photos are current.

This has been an extremely dependable, bulletproof baler for us. In March, we went through the machine and prepared it for the season with the intention of selling it in good working condition. The monitor was professionally rebuilt last year and functions perfectly.

The baler is currently operational, but there are two items worth noting:

• The wiring harness was damaged during first crop. The break is located midway in the harness and should be a straightforward repair.
• The hydraulic pump for bale density has become weak and should be replaced. A replacement pump is available through Messick’s for approximately $800 and can be changed in about an hour.

The only reason we’re selling is that we’ve upgraded to a 1-ton baler and no longer need this machine.

If you’re looking for a reliable baler without spending a fortune, this is a lot of baler for the money and is priced accordingly.
