I have some food grade IBC totes for sale. These were used one time to transport food grade avocado oil. They originated in Europe. They have a 2" course buttress thread on the 2-in valve on the bottom. They come with a 45° screw on spout. Adapters are available on eBay to convert these to 2-in standard pipe thread, or garden hose. These will hold 275 gallons if you fill them completely to the top. They need headspace to handle the expansion in the heat and if it freezes. They are rated at 1000 l which is about 265 gallons.

They have a residue of avocado oil inside them. It will wash out with a little dawn dish soap and a pressure washer if you want to use these for potable water storage. You can use a garden hose with a nozzle and just roll them around with about 20 gallons of soap water in the sun. Then rinse them out and you're good to go.
