This is a Wave Master punching bag that I use for practice, I added padding to the lower half for kicking and some arms and a foot to practice stance and strike maneuvers. It has some sand in the bottom just enough to add some stability and mats to hold it in place. I am moving to Texas and can't take it with me :(
