Cessna 150M is based conveniently at KSVR in a covered tie down. This is a great bird that is fun to fly, easy to learn on, and a low cost to fly. It has a low time engine and was recently overhauled in February 2024. TSMOH is 580, but will change since it is flown. Many other parts have been replaced in the last 580hrs as well: carburetor, spinner, cabin heat baffle, cabin heat airbox, steering rods, steering dampener overhaul, brakes, tires. Annual completed in March, oil and filter changes are being done every 50 hrs. Hourly flying rate is $30, which goes into the maintenance account. Fuel burn is low at approximately 6 gallons per hour. So, you can fly this fantastic bird for less than $70 an hour on avgas. This can be much less with the auto gas stc this bird has.
