I bought this as a flip. It has wear and tear to the exterior, which is why it is so cheap. There’s nothing wrong with the drawers. Everything opens and closes. It needs a sanding, sone areas will need wood putty then a good paint job. If you are a flipper, this would be a great flip. The dresser is heavy if you’re interested we are located in the sugarhouse area.
