This motor starts up great and runs good up to about 17mph but then after that it starts cutting out. My guess is carb tuning. Max speed I’ve seen is 23mph briefly suggesting it has excellent compression. New water pump, needle valve, fuel pump, fuel filter, and throttle pin. Prop in perfect condition 300 OBO
